Resilience is the key factor to success. I have survived 2 coup attempts in 2 different countries, 1 financial crisis that destroyed 50% of the economy in a developing country. I did not give up and managed to sustain our teams in those countries, adapt to the existing situation and never surrender. So here we are, founding PONS with my twin brother and learning continuously. Always trying new things and failing many more times.
