Recently I have been reading about people that keep on thinking during they sleep. They constantly think about future plans, a solution for a problem, a new innovation, or the future.
Some people may think that is a sign of a mental problem, which can be, but also some people believe that it is a sign for highly creative people.
It is not a coincidence that some of the greatest minds in history have reported thinking during their sleep.
For example, Thomas Edison is quoted as saying “I never did anything worth doing by accident, nor did any of my inventions come indirectly through accident, except the phonograph. No, when I have perfected an invention I make it my business to sell it.”
Edison was known for napping frequently and he once said “The best thinking has been done in solitude. The worst has been done in turmoil.”
Many of the greatest minds in history were also known for their naps. And even though napping is not the same as sleeping, they both share the same benefit of giving the mind some time to rest and think.
So, if you find yourself thinking during your sleep, it may not be a bad. Sometime you brain keeps on inventing the things your soul wants. ( of course I am not talking about insomnia and related sleeping problems )
